It is laser-marked with a guide on how to use it.
Turn the handle clockwise and cold water will come out of the hand shower.
Turn it further down and the water temperature from the hand shower will be hotter.
Turn the handle counter-clockwise (from its starting point) and cold water will come out of the spout.
Turn it further down and the water temperature from the spout will be hotter.
Bring the handle back to its upright position and after hearing a clicking sound, it will shut off either water outlet.
